Round 1: Communication Assessment
The Communication Round in the Cognizant GenC recruitment process evaluates a candidate's English proficiency through tasks such as reading sentences, repeating sentences, arranging jumbled sentences, answering questions, and storytelling. This round focuses on assessing sentence mastery, fluency, vocabulary, and pronunciation to ensure candidates possess strong communication skills.
Round 2: Aptitude Assessment
The Cognizant GenC Aptitude Assessment evaluates candidates' problem-solving and cognitive skills across three primary sections: Numerical Ability, Verbal Reasoning, and Logical Reasoning. Each section is designed to assess specific abilities crucial for analytical thinking and decision-making.
Numerical Ability
